John Bretz
John is married and has two daughters. He graduated college with a degree in biology and still enjoys playing lacrosse. He coaches girls youth lacrosse and enjoys cooking, wine, skiing and cycling. His primary responsibilities at Full Scale are cabinetmaker and shop foreman.
Bill Bretz
Bill is married and has a son and daughter. He also played lacrosse while studying Criminal Justice in college. He coaches youth lacrosse, enjoys golf and fishing and is an avid football fan. His primary responsibilities at Full Scale are project management, job scheduling and materials purchasing and inventory.
Scott Bretz
Scott is married and has three children, two girls and a son. He graduated with a degree in Marketing and also followed the Bretz lacrosse legacy. After spending many years coaching his kids in youth sports he now proudly organizes an annual charity softball game for Special Olympics and enjoys golf in his free time. His primary responsibilities at Full Scale are the day-to-day company business operations, project development and estimating.
Drafting:
Combining years of experience in architectural millwork, coupled with the latest in Autocad technology, Full Scale produces the most detailed and impeccable shop drawings. Our skilled draftsman have repeatedly shown the ability to problem solve issues to ultimately allow our project partners, the architect and contractor, to achieve the design intent.
Cabinetmakers:
Full Scale has built a team of highly skilled craftsman. Each comes with years of experience and unique skill sets. Tenure with the company exceeds 10 years in many cases. Full Scale’s process combined with a collaborative work environment assures that design and fabrication are always in synch.
Finishing:
Full Scale’s finishing capabilities are second to none. From the traditional to highly custom colored lacquers, high-gloss polishing or gold leafing, the technique is likely in the finishing team’s portfolio. This group also has its own foreman to oversee this very specialized and critical production process.
Installation:
Full Scale has a dedicated installation crew to monitor job progress. This team is strategically a part of project management. This assures that what is built can actually be installed on site and on time. Paramount to our success is how well our installers collaborate with the other trades.
