Drafting/Engineering/Design:
This is the first and probably the most crucial stage in the process
of creating custom furniture. We generate shop drawings from either
an architect's plans or from a designer's concept. We can utilize
our knowledge of cabinetry to offer suggestions and aid in the
design process. When properly engineered, a job can move smoothly
through the shop. Our proactive approach to business allows us
to recognize and correct any design flaws that might hinder the
success of a job. We can take a dilemma and turn it into a design
opportunity. Take advantage of the experience of our staff members
to create beautiful and practical furniture.
Cabinetmakers: Perhaps the backbone of the shop, these skilled craftsmen are responsible for creating the beautiful work that Full Scale Woodworking, Inc. produces. They view each job as a new challenge, and take great pride in its outcome.
Finishing department: Whether they are generating color samples
for approval, or spraying the final topcoat, our finishing department
prides itself on attention to detail. This is a critical step
in the furniture making process, and as such we put much emphasis
on our finishes.
Installation/On-Site Management: Full Scale works with the contractor and other trades toward achieving a successful outcome. We realize that it is our job to make your company successful. Through constant dialogue between the shop and job site, we are able to keep information flowing. Our promise is to deliver a top quality product and on time service.
