Policies & Procedures

1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders received by 12:00 noon will be processed and scheduled that day. Orders received after 12:00 noon will be processed and scheduled the following business day.

* Please choose only one of the following methods of ordering. Do not send the same order by more then one method, as the order will be duplicated. Duplicated orders will become the customer's responsibility, and they will be charged for both orders.

2. FAXED ORDERS
This is the quickest and most reliable method.

3. PHONE ORDERS
Not the recommended method of ordering due to its lack of written verification. If orders are received by phone, they are read back to the customer to ensure accuracy.

4. MAILED ORDERS
Please allow for postal delivery time.

5. NO MINIMUM ORDERS

6. LEAD TIMES
We ship our drawers within ten working days from the date we process your order. Finished orders over 30 drawers are not subject to the standard ten-day lead-time. Large order lead-time will be dependent on our manufacturing schedule at that time.

7. RUSH ORDERS
If you need an order faster than the standard lead-time, you can request for the order to be expedited. The cost is $6.00 per drawer. Expedited orders will ship within 4 working days if unfinished from the date of order processing. Expedited orders will ship within 6 working days if finished from the date of order processing. Keep in mind that expedited orders refers to the manufacturing of the product and not the shipping method. If you require a faster shipping method, please note that on the order form special instruction line.

8. CHANGES
ALL CHANGES MUST BE MADE IN WRITING. Changes received within 24 hours of placing an order will not incur any charges. Any change made once the order is in production (24 hours after order is sent) will be subject to the cost of the drawer.

9. SHIPPING CHARGES
UPS will ship orders unless they exceed UPS shipping guidelines. Packaging and shipping charges are calculated prior to shipping, and are added to the total bill. Orders exceeding these guidelines will be shipped common carrier. If the order is shipped common carrier, it will be sent freight collect. The shipping charge will be paid directly to the shipping company upon delivery.

10. PAYMENT TERMS

1. 50% deposit / 50% COD. This is for all new customers. We will quote the order, but will not begin production until a check is received.
2. COD. When a credit application is filled out and the references are insufficient to support an open account.
3. Credit card. Payment is processed before the order is shipped.
4. Net 30 days. For customers that have filled out a credit application that proves reliable payment history.

11. SAMPLES
Full Scale Woodworking, Inc. will provide one drawer sample to you at no charge. Full Scale will determine sample size. Any additional samples must be purchased at full price.

12. WARRANTY/ REPLACEMENT POLICY
Full Scale Woodworking, Inc. guarantees the product from defects and workmanship for one year from the date of shipment. Full Scale Woodworking, Inc. will only be responsible for the replacement of the defective drawer and will not be liable for any costs associated with removal or re-installation of the new product.

2. SCOOPS
We offer two different style scoops. The first is a scooped front to act as a finger pull. The cost for scooped fronts is $4.00 per drawer. The second scoop is for pantry drawers. The sides of the drawers are scooped. The cost for a pantry drawer scoop is $7.00 per drawer.

3. NOTCHES
We offer notched bottoms to accept under-mount drawer slides. Notches can be ordered as back only, or front and back. The cost for the front & back notch is $2.50. The cost for the back notch only is $1.50. Notches are not offered when ordering drawers unassembled.

4. DIVIDERS FOR CD OR VIDEO STORAGE
We can groove the drawers to accept 1/4" dividers for cd or video storage. You must note the placement of the grooves on a drawing. We can also supply the dividers that fit the grooved drawers. The cost for the groove (1 pair) and divider is $16.00/each. The cost for the groove only is $8.00 per pair of grooves.

5. TOP EDGE PROFILES
Full Scale offers two top edge profiles. The standard profile is slightly chamfered with sandpaper after the drawer is assembled. This is to avoid the gaps that are created in the corners if the pieces are sanded or shaped before assembly. The other option is a 1/8" radius shaped before assembly. Radius top edges are $ 0.75 per drawer.

6. FINISHING
Drawers that are ordered finished are sprayed with a minimum of two coats of lacquer. The cost for finishing is $6.75 per drawer under 7". Drawers 7" and larger are $9.00 per drawer. We do not offer staining of drawer boxes.
